Elie Khoury

Principal

Elie Khoury founded the KFK Group in 1996, and has spearheaded numerous successful development and construction projects since that time, including the representative projects described above. Previously, Elie was President of Cucos restaurants, headquartered in New Orleans, Cucos went public in 1983 the business grew to over 40 restaurants. Elie also owns the Chevys Fresh-Mex franchise for the Southeast region, with locations in New Orleans and Miami, and over 400 employees in the various businesses.


David Garcia

Vice President of Development

Prior to joining KFK, David Garcia was Vice President of Development with a real estate developer in Los Angeles, CA. In addition, David previously worked as an Investment Banker in San Francisco and Menlo Park, CA. David’s responsibilities with KFK include all stages of the real estate development process including feasibility, acquisition, conceptual design, pro forma analysis, financing, project management, marketing, leasing, sales and operations. David earned his A.B. from Duke University and his M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
